The QuickBooks Plug-In application integrates directly with your existing Intuit QuickBooks program. Once installed and setup, save an invoice and our "no touch" solution correctly applies the tax code and rate based on the address!

The system will automatically use the invoice date and invoice address information to determine the correct tax code and automatically add the code to your invoice.

Your invoice totals will be automatically re-calculated and saved. If the correct sales tax code doesn't already exist in your QuickBooks system, the plug-in application will add it for you! If a particular tax rate ever changes, the system will also update that as well! Continue using your existing sales tax liability reports and your familiar QuickBooks interface -- once installed there is never a need to go into another program or website to determine the correct tax code.
